DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS

The property hosts an existing portal, multiple drifts with a shaft at surface for fresh air supply. Water resources for exploration and production activities can be supported from the Spring Valley area, northwest of the property. Additionally, historic and recent mining production in the district provides excellent access to infrastructure capable of supporting a major open-pit gold mine.

EXISTING PORTAL ACCESS

The Ruby Hill Tunnel is 1950 feet
(595m) long and roughly 4 feet (1.2m) by 6 feet (1.8m) in cross section.

MULTIPLE DRIFTS

The Ruby Hill Tunnel project is comprised of
drifts with multiple winzes and raises, one of which is connected with a shaft at the surface for fresh air supply.

WATER SUPPLY

Water is available from the Spring Valley area immediately to the northwest. A future source of water could include that produced by the de-watering of the Archimedes open pit.

PROPERY ACCESS

The property is 3.5 miles (5.6km) from Eureka by a county maintained gravel road. The last few hundred yards to
the tunnel entrance is via a graded gravel road.

REPROCESSING OPPORTUNITY

The Eureka Mining District is one of
the older districts in Nevada. Opportunity exists to reprocess legacy tailings.

SIGNIFICANT DISCOVERY POTENTIAL

The available data is limited to
the underground sampling, and limited mapping of exposures in the Ruby Hill Tunnel. Insufficient data exists to calculate a properly constrained mineral resource.

PROVEN DISTRICT

Signature geological characteristics.
Significant historic and recent mine production in the district.

LAND PACKAGES

Royalty free land package comprised of
patents and unpatented claims.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The Eureka area has excellent infrastructure
capable of supporting a major open pit gold mine. Mill facilities in close proximity (approx.3.8 miles) at the former Ruby Hill mine.
